Ordering, Shipping and Returns
TO PLACE AN ORDER:
- Please email me with your order at sales@dianejaderholmdesigns.com
We will be checking emails every 2-3 days and will reply to you via email with the jewelry availability
and total sales amount. (sales tax for Illinois only)
- Include the item number, description, quantity and method of payment (check, credit card, etc…)
- We would like your email address and phone number in order to contact you about your order
- Billing address and shipping address if they are different from each other.

SHIPPING:
- We will ship your order within 1-3 business days after we have received your credit card payment or when your check has cleared.
- Most orders will ship First Class Mail in a padded envelope - standard rates apply.
- If you need an item next day, you can choose Express Mail for overnight delivery, however, the order must be received before 2 p.m. Standard rates apply.
- Orders under $200.00 - shipping charge $5-$8
- All orders over $200 - no charge
- If you require any other special services, please let me know before ordering so that I can make the appropriate arrangements.
RETURNS
If for any reason you need to return your jewelry, you may return it within 7 days of receiving
it, for an exchange or full refund. You must return it in its original, undamaged condition.

Custom Orders
Custom orders or multiple gift orders are welcome - ie. Weddings, bridesmaid gifts, business gifts, etc…
Please email me with information.
Wholesale Purchases
If you are a retail business interested in selling my jewelry, please email me with interested items and quantities.
